The Finnegan Development Team
The founder, James Finnegan, graduated from the University of Arizona in 1986 and has been investing in Real Estate since 1998. Jim earned his Real Estate license in 1991 and his Broker license in 1999. Using his small portfolio of rental apartments, James Finnegan began converting his apartment buildings into condominiums. His first, in 1996, was a rehab of an existing 13 unit building in Lakeview. It was 50% sold out on the opening weekend. All remaining projects have been tremendous successes. All real estate development projects were general contracted by Finnegan Development. The most recent construction, Gunnison Street Lofts, was completed for over $5,000,000.00. She is well versed in several different drawing programs, including: AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop & Micro station. She has been involved in designing all interiors of our condo development projects.
